MISSION Rx Act Maximizing Individual Savings for Servicemembers In Obtaining Negotiated Rx Act

Introduced·5/7/26

MISSION Rx Act sets maximum cost-sharing for TRICARE and veterans for selected drugs and limits drug prices for federal procurement.

The MISSION Rx Act amends titles 10 and 38, United States Code, to establish the maximum cost-sharing amount for selected drugs for eligible beneficiaries under the TRICARE program and for veterans. It also sets the maximum price for selected drugs procured by federal agencies. The act ensures that the cost-sharing amount for these drugs does not exceed the amount paid by Medicare beneficiaries. The provisions apply to master agreements in effect on or after the enactment date of the act.
