MISSION Rx Act limits drug prices for veterans and TRICARE beneficiaries.

The MISSION Rx Act aims to cap the cost-sharing amount for selected drugs for veterans and TRICARE beneficiaries, aligning it with the amount paid by Medicare beneficiaries. It also restricts the maximum price for selected drugs procured by federal agencies to the maximum fair price set by the Drug Price Negotiation Program. These provisions apply to master agreements in effect on or after the enactment date of the Act.
