The Arlington National Cemetery Viewshed Protection Act restricts the establishment of triumphal arches within certain areas of the District of Columbia and the capital region. Specifically, it prohibits the establishment or construction of any triumphal arch with a height exceeding 50 feet on land administered by the National Capital Region Office of the National Park Service, except by express authorization of Congress.
